Gluten-free Pasta Mista flavoured with oregano

Serves 6

500 g of gluten-free pasta mista
200 g of provolone dolce cheese
300 g of very ripe tomatoes
50 g of pitted green olives
basil leaves
extra virgin olive oil
Salt as required


Heat the oil in a casserole dish adding the green olives chopped into pieces, the diced tomatoes, salt, chopped basil leaves and mix well. Leave to slow cook for around 30 minutes.

Boil the gluten-free pasta mista according to the packaging directions, drain and dress with the tomato sauce. Place in an oven dish and sprinkle with cubes of provolone dolce cheese and a healthy handful of oregano.

Bake in the oven and serve warm.
