Gluten-free Large Penne pasta with 4 cheeses

Gluten-free Large Penne pasta with 4 cheeses

Serves 4

400 g of gluten-free large penne pasta
100 g of Fontina cheese
100 g of Emmenthal cheese
100 g of mozzarella cheese
200 g of grated parmesan cheese
milk
Salt as required


Instructions

Thinly slice all 3 cheeses and combine half of the parmesan then add the milk. Boil the gluten-free large penne pasta in salted water according to the packaging directions.

Once cooked place in an over dish with the cheese mixture, mix well and add the remaining parmesan. Cook in the oven for around 10 minutes.
