Gluten-free Conchiglie pasta with rocket and radish

Serves 4

300 g of gluten-free conchiglie pasta
350 g of rocket
200 g of radishes
3 ripe tomatoes
Basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt as required


Chop the rocket and combine with the radishes chopped into thin discs and the tomatoes cut into cubes.

Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt and chopped basil. Boil the gluten-free conchiglie pasta according to the packaging directions, drain and add to the rocket, radishes and tomatoes.
