Gluten-free Sagnette pasta alla contadina

Serves 4

350 g of gluten-free sagnette pasta
150 g of bacon
4 ripe tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Basil leaves
extra virgin olive oil
grated pecorino cheese
Salt and pepper as required


Dice the bacon and leave to brown in a pan with the oil and garlic. Add the finely chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and then cook over a low heat for around one hour stirring from time to time.

Once cooked add the pieces of basil leaves. Cook the gluten-dree sagnette pasta according to the package directions. Dress the pasta with the prepared sauce and serve with grated pecorino cheese.
