Gluten-free Perle di patate pasta with walnuts

Serves 4

350 of gluten-free perle di patate pasta
100 g of single cream
100 g of walnut kernels
60 g of butter
nutmeg
Salt and pepper as required


Instructions

Liquidize the walnuts with cream, butter and a pinch of nutmeg and salt. Boil the perle di patate pasta, drain and serve with the walnut sauce already prepared.
