Serves 4
350 g of gluten-free tagliatelle pasta
100 g of cooked ham
80 g of butter
Sage leaves
grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper as required
Dice the cooked ham and place in a saucepan with the melted butter. Add the sage leaves, the pepper and sauté.
oil the tagliatelle pasta according to the package directions and once drained add the condiment with parmesan and serve.
