Gluten-free tagliatelle pasta with truffles

Gluten-free tagliatelle pasta with truffles

Serves 4

350 g of gluten-free tagliatelle pasta
300 g of Emmenthal cheese
200 g of milk
3 eggs
1 truffle
Salt and pepper as required


Finely chop the Emmenthal cheese and add to the milk. Set aside for at least one hour.

Add salt and pepper and cook on a low heat for 5- 8 minutes. Once cooked add the whisked egg yolks then add the truffle shavings.

Boil the tagliatelle pasta according to the package directions and mix in the truffle sauce.
