Delicious gluten-free Cannelloni pasta

Serves 4

300 g of gluten-free cannelloni pasta
300 g of minced beef
150 g of sausages
150 g of dried mushrooms
100 g of bacon
Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, 1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
Red wine
Vegetable stock
3 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes
Salt, pepper, grated parmesan


Sauté the chopped bacon, onion, carrot and celery in the oil. Add the minced beef, the sausage broken into bits and the chopped mushrooms. Leave the flavour to infuse for a few minutes then add the red wine.

When it has reduced add 2 ladels of stock, the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Fill the dried cannelloni with the filling, covering them in the small amount of left-over sauce, with a large handful of parmesan cheese and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
