Serves 6
400 g of gluten-free strozzapreti pasta
300 g of fresh or frozen peas
100 g of cooked ham
1 onion
80 g of butter
200 g of cream
40 g of grated parmesan
Salt as required
Chop up the onion and ham and sauté them in 40 g of butter for around 4-5 minutes. Boil the peas. Cook the strozzapreti pasta according to package directions, drain, season then add the remaining butter and parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve the strozzapreti pasta with ham and peas warm.
